Bobololadono is a job marketplace for Central Asia with milestone escrow protection. Clients post projects or find specialists, and specialists find work and get paid safely.

Just a couple of minutes: enter your phone number, confirm the one-time code sent by SMS, and choose a role (specialist or client) — no password needed.

Uzbek, Russian, and English are fully supported. You can switch languages using the language switcher on any page.

Once an offer is accepted or a hire is made, a contract is created. The client transfers the full amount in one payment into escrow — only then does work begin. As each milestone is approved, the corresponding amount is released to the specialist.

Once a milestone is submitted, the client has 3 days to review it. If the client approves it or the review period expires, funds are automatically released to the specialist.

The client can request a revision, and the specialist resubmits the work. If no agreement is reached, a dispute is opened — the Bobololadono team reviews both sides and makes a fair decision.

You can pay with Uzcard, Humo, Visa, or Mastercard, as well as local wallets like Payme and Click.

For specialists, the fee is 5% of each accepted milestone. For clients, posting projects and sending offers is completely free.

Funds held in escrow that haven't been accepted yet are returned to the client's Bobololadono balance. This amount can be withdrawn to a linked card at any time. Already-accepted milestones remain with the specialist.

In the client dashboard, open the new-project wizard under "My projects": choose a category, write a title and description, pick the required skills, set a budget, and publish after review.

The project page shows a list of all proposals. You can review each one, invite them to chat, decline them, or hire them directly.

During hiring, the client defines the milestones themselves: name, amount, and deadline for each one. No payment is required at this step — funding happens later, in the contract workroom.

You can send proposals on job postings, or send a free direct offer to clients in the marketplace. In both cases, you communicate via chat until the client responds.

Once a milestone is accepted, the amount is added to your "Available to withdraw" balance. You can withdraw it to your linked card at any time from the earnings page.

Your profile shows your rating, number of completed projects, and a trust badge (new / trusted / top specialist). The trust badge is calculated automatically from completed contracts and rating.

In the "Profile" section of your dashboard, fill in your name, bio, skills, portfolio, and rates. Your completeness percentage is shown on the dashboard.

Profiles with an empty bio field are not shown in the specialist catalog. Complete your profile fully — after that, it becomes visible to clients.

Telegram verification confirms that each user's identity is real and protects against fake profiles — a key step in maintaining trust across the platform.

After registering and choosing a role, your account is activated in the final step using a 6-digit verification code. Only then do you get access to your dashboard.

The full card number is never stored — only the last 4 digits, card type, and holder name are shown. Only you can add or remove your own cards.

When a dispute is opened, the relevant funds are frozen. Both sides submit their evidence, and the Bobololadono team reviews it and makes a fair decision.
