Cancelling a contract and getting refunded

A contract can be cancelled while it's "signed" or "active". If a milestone has been submitted and not yet reviewed, cancellation is blocked until that milestone is resolved.

Funds sitting in escrow that haven't been accepted yet are returned to the client's Bobololadono balance.

Payment for already-accepted milestones stays with the specialist — cancellation only affects the not-yet-completed/accepted portion.

Balance funds can be withdrawn to a linked card at any time from the Expenses page.
