How disputes are resolved
How funds are protected when a conflict arises and how a decision is reached.
If there's disagreement over a milestone, requesting a revision first is recommended — it often resolves things faster.
If no agreement is reached, either side can open a dispute. Once opened, the milestone's funds are frozen — they go to no one.
Both sides submit their evidence (messages, files, comments). The Bobololadono team reviews it and makes a fair decision.
Once a decision is made, the frozen amount is either released to the specialist or returned to the client's balance, according to the ruling.
